Erin's room

The room available is in the basement with two nightstands, full bed and a dresser. You will have sole access to the basement shower with the exception of the summer months when our in ground pool is active. Other amenities include: hot tub, view, impressively stocked home gym with free weights, tread climber, rowing machine, treadmill etc. I will cover internet (unless it suddenly spikes), Avista, water and garbage. I also provide a kitchen stocked with what you need to cook or bake with. The house is 3400 square feet.

I am a 42 year old female federal employee. I enjoy wine on the weekend but am not a partner. My 13 year old daughter and 9 year old son live with me full time but are both respectful and good kids. We also have a 6 year old hairless cat named Harry. He’s been a fan favorite with our previous long term roommate.
