This apartment is located downtown. Just a minute walk to amazing restaurants like Tupelo Honey and the Sundance Grill. Public transportation is easy to access from this locale. The apartment is fully furnished. The front and rear doors cannot be opened without a key fab. The elevator requires a key fab to go to any floor besides the first floor. The key fab only allows you to go to the basement, which is where the lobby is located, and to the floor level of your apartment. This is a great security feature. All packages go to the package room which is located in the basement across from the leasing office.
