It is a two bedroom apartment, your room is the 17 x 12, you’d have your own bathroom, closet, etc. it has 2 assigned parking spots, it is a walking distance from VONS, boba place, etc., there is a bus station across the street. 5 minute drive from UTC, it has a pool and its own small gym.

I am a 23 year old student at UCSD, I am very chill and mostly keep to myself in my room, I have an ESA kitten who spends of his time with me in my room. My boyfriend visits me often, I like going to the gym, I am very clean and organized.
