ONE Room for rent in a beautiful 2 stories house with 4 bedrooms. A million dollar house. House is only 4 years old. House have plenty large open space and furnished with the best furnitures.

The one I am renting is the room in the second floor with SHARED bath (only with 1 other tenant). I am open to take APU or Citrus college students with a clear background check / no criminal history.

If interested I will first have to conduct an interview with you. Please note these followings prior to contacting.

1. Students preferred.
2. Drug-free, Smoke-free and pet-free environment.
3. No sleepovers or parties of any kind allowed. Have to ask landlord should there be a guest/guests (we do not like having a lot of guests coming over).
4. CLEAN! So if you hate cleaning or the do-not-care type of person, please dont even bother contacting.
5. Access to kitchen, living room, laundry shared with other tenants.
6. Fully furnished with a queen size bed. Memory Foam Mattress.
7. Minimum of 3 months renting commitment.
8. BACKGROUND and FINANCIAL check will be required upon renting.
9. No firearms of anykind would be allowed at the property.
10. Landlord will have the right for inspections at ANY GIVEN TIME.

$800/month. With $400 Security Deposit. More detail on rules will be discussed during the interview.

Shared with 1 other tenant, an international student athlete in APU on the 2nd floor. 1st floor is a married couple also international students in APU.
