West Kendall off Miller - 2 private rooms available in 3 bedroom - 1.5 bath home. Both rooms are located next to eachother across from the full bathroom. Rooms are 9.5x11 and 9.5x9, the smaller room comes with the walk-in closet located by the dining room. My room is in the back by the chalk board. You’ll have access to the entire property: kitchen, living, dining, laundry and the backyard, which is where I spend most of my time because I’m a smoker but NOT inside please.

My names Eric , I’m 44 and work at a law firm. My house has an attachment in the back where my room is located as well as a 6 person table and 2 walk-in closets. There is only 1 shower 3 of us would have to share but there is a half bath if someone is in the shower. House has a pretty big back yard - which is where I spend most of my time when I’m not at work - because I’m a smoker but I keep it outside. You would have access to the entire property. Mi case su case. I have wifi but no cable, you’re welcome to use my Netflix in the livingroom. House needs new appliances but everything is working and functional and clean and safe.
