I’m a renter on a 3 bedroom lease at the beautiful, quiet and well located Leland Gardens. This is a chill but inspiring environment for guys who want a stable home base. If roomies would like to add to the look, or hang their own decor, I’m open to ideas!

We are located on the first floor, right next to the huge parking lot. The kitchen is large enough for 2 people to cook at once, is fully furnished (microwave, toaster, blender, pots, pans, etc.) . The shower, tubs and sink are in excellent condition. There is a laundry & dryer machine in the unit. Note: Bathroom will be shared with Richard. The house has been getting a fresh, new design over the last few weeks, looking more interesting by the day. The place is 1500 sq ft, and has 2 commercial-sized air conditioning units to keep it cold.

Leland apartments is a small gated community with a cozy pool. It is a 5 minute walk to Publix, and a few miles from the downtown St Pete beach. Others in the community are 40-60 years old, so this is not a party scene.

We welcome any friends and large gatherings you’d like to bring in to this large space, but this is a no drug and low alcohol environment. We’re nice guys, looking for our last nice guy!

Kristian Snow has a lease on this place, and is looking for a roommate who is chasing their goals and seeking a stable and inspirational place to live as they chase those goals.

Kristian grew up on the mission field in Haiti, living between different cultural mindsets and an open-minded, servant-hearted worldview. He is highly motivated, joyful, and an introvert at times. Loves deep conversation, and his goal is to get back into media production to empower people with positive messages.

Kristian started his career in film at 13 years old; producing content for Haitian broadcast television. As a volunteer for +10 years in Haiti, he produced 100’s of media clips which have aired across the island population of +10 million. Currently, Kristian is building a foundation for that career in the United States, and this apartment is a reflection of his creativity and love for bringing life and opportunity to others.

Richard B. is our second roommate. He recently secured a position as manager for Habitat for Humanity in Tampa. He is always positive & professional, encouraging others, open-minded and loves playing live action role-play. Extrovert, and a great friend to talk to.

The two of us are loving the new friendship, and looking for a great 3rd person. We share a common thread of being the guys who are ‘too nice’, but that’s why I secured the lease on this place- for guys like us!
