Apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath. Room is 13x12 in size with private bathroom (shower/bath) and attached heater. Laundry room and mail boxes are right out front, easily accessible from front door. Small patio. Carpet flooring. Complex does have a pool. Walking distance from a Wholesome Choice Grocery Store, Starbucks, Rite Aid, Subway, Carls Jr., Tacos & Co., and Wells Fargo bank. Target, CVS, Trader Joe’s and other grocery stores nearby.

Utilities included minus electricity as that can fluctuate, no applications to fill out . No cable because I have Amazon Firesticks attached to all of my television devices. The room will be unfurnished upon move in.
