Ideal location! Right next to Wollaston Red Line station, 5 min drive to highway, Boston, Quincy Center, and Wollaston Beach (15 min walk), and directly next to the many restaurants, grocery store, shops, gym, library, etc. on Hancock St. between downtown North Quincy and Wollaston.

Lots of free guest parking available in the building’s large parking lot! The location and lot make it a great option whether or not you have a car. If you are looking to have a permanent space, it’s possible to rent one from another resident (approx. $80/month).

Looking for a female roommate who is a young professional or grad student, fully vaccinated, clean, respectful, & LGBTQ friendly. Please no smoking, pets, undergrad students, or couples (full time). I am cannabis friendly for non-smoking or vaping methods. I’m 28 year old professional and grad student who works from home most days and would be the only other roommate in the apartment. I am an outgoing introvert and highly respectful of personal time and space, but also enjoy socializing and getting to know my roommates! While i’m mostly quite busy with work and school, in my free time I enjoy outdoor adventure/travel.
