Smaller closet but room to store extra belongings in the garage or empty room. Private backyard with outdoor furniture and fire pit. Access to a grill and smoker. Washer and dryer is in the house. Great place to hang out in the summer with a large backyard. WiFi, water/trash/sewer, security bills included. Only split electricity and gas.

I am in the military and only open to rent to military or those with a steady work schedule and like dogs, as I have a Australian shepherd mix. House is clean and will be kept clean. Like to stay quiet but open to anything as long as you give me a heads up. I love to mountain bike, canoe and fishing.
