SHORT TERM RENTAL for March 1 move in - new build in Historic Downtown JC, 8 minutes from Grove St path (2 stops from city). Looking to fill a bedroom with its own bathroom until end of May for $1,115 per month with possibility to extend (can come furnished or unfurnished). I live here with my partner but the person we signed the lease with had to change plans last minute and can’t move in anymore. We’re open to month to month or from March 1-May 31.

Some things about the space - it’s a 2 bed 2 bath brand new build, never before lived in. It has a dishwasher, in unit laundry, and lots of natural light. We have two dogs who are very friendly (our couch covers are removable and we wash them frequently! We also roomba daily.) Rent is $1,115 per month plus utilities.

We are a VERY clean household and want someone who is the same way or at least doesn’t mind adhering to my very anal cleanliness standards in common spaces :’) we both mainly work from home, but my partner goes into the city 2-3x per week in the afternoons for work. We’re really easy going and will probably keep to ourselves, but definitely wouldn’t mind becoming friends with whoever sublets! Must be LGBTQ+ friendly.
