About the room
My house is located in Hampton, VA. I have a large fully furnished bedroom for Rent - on the 2nd Flr. The bedroom is fully furnished. Twin size bed with nightstand w/lamp, dress drawer, stand-alone closet, Flat Screen TV, wall mirror, and a desk with drawers.
The room rents for: $750/Month (Utilities are Included).
It has a shared bath & private refrigerator. Wi-Fi internet is available. House is fully furnished house w/Washer-Dryer. We share the common areas kitchen, dining area, and a large deck in backyard with a Koi Pond-great for BBQ Socials.
All utilities are included. Tropical landscaping plants throughout property. I am responsible for the upkeep of the outdoor yard and gardens. You get to enjoy the peacefulness of the tropical outdoors.
No Drugs/No Drama/No Craziness/Non-Smoker and established professional or student candidate is HIGHLY preferred. Smoking outdoors ONLY. Sorry No Pets ā our housemates are allergic to cats.
Room available-Move in: 1 March 2023. I will prorate the month cost to make for adjustments, if you do not occupy by the 1st of the month.
There will be four housemates residing in this house I own. The current male rents the downstairs master bedroom. The smaller, 2nd floor upstairs bedroom is currently being rented to a male, restaurant owner. Usually, he is gone for 2-4 weeks at a time, since he has out of state restaurant businesses. You would be the fourth person lodging on the house premises. I will be sleeping in the bedroom at the back of the house.
My house is 15 mins from Langley AFB and south Newport News/shipyard area, 10 mins from Hampton, VA, 30 mins from Norfolk Naval Station, or 40 mins from these locations: Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Smithfield, and Williamsburg, and Gloucester, VA.
There is a $30 Application - Background Check, Process Fee (non-Refundable), and a security deposit of $260 required, which also locks in the room for you upon signing the Housemate Rental Agreement document.
Please provide references upon request - proof of your previous rental history & current employment/monthly income - These documents subject to verification.
