Coquina Key Drive Southeast

I have a beautiful private furnished room for rent right on the water of Tampa bay. When I say “right on the water” I literally mean we’re 5 ft away from the bay and could toss a loaf of lettuce to the manatees underhanded with great ease 😊 The condo is located in coquina key at waterside south. The condo is renovated recently and has bamboo floors with an amazing kitchen that is very welcoming of chefs. There is a jacuzzi tub and fully private bedroom. The amenities include two pools, one of which is right on the bay and has a hot tub there as well and the other is down by the full equipped gym, shuffleboard, pool table room, full tennis courts, horse shoes, Corn hole, kayaks (I have two that are free to use for my roomie), private bar (yes super cheap drinks and residents only plus they have weekly events like taco Tuesday pizza Monday etc. as well as live bands and the glory of being right on the water with the sight of the skyway to the right, Ruskin straight across and downtown Tampa to the left) , dog park, and much more. The room is now fully furnished with Queen Tempurpedic bed and adjustable base (3x massage mode, Bluetooth, head and foot adjustment). I have purchased and mounted a tv on the wall.

I would be open to trials or even availability for min 3 night stay. If anyone has question please don’t hesitate to reach out or even comments on my posting or tips for renting out for shorter stays using Airbnb/vbro as I’m a first timer Thank you and I look forward to speaking with you 😊

I am 29 years old and work very long hours. My office is right in the heart of downtown ST Pete which is about 8-10 minutes away ( 5 of those minutes are in getting out of the waterside community) I recently had my brother staying with me but since he’s moved out it’s only me so I though it might be fun to have a roommate. I am mostly gone during the weekends but will sometimes stay home and cook as I do enjoy putting together exquisite meals. I sleep at normal hours and as does the rest of the neighborhood so it is very quiet. The best part is living right on the bay. The water is beautiful and the sun rises every morning to provide a gorgeous sunrise for coffee on the patio. I would like a respectable roommate who is positive with good vibrations.
