About the room
I have a very nice private bedroom in a condo minutes from UConn for temporary rental. It is fully furnished and available from January to September.
1 Large Bedroom is fully furnished in a Luxury Condo in the Prestigious Devonwood Section of Farmington. Rent is $900 per month including utilities and internet. A deposit will be required.
The bedroom has a queen futon sofa and a twin bed; full linens. Large closet, big empty bureau, TV, Computer and Computer Desk, PS3 and 100 mg internet. Unit includes washer/dryer, dining room, kitchen, and 1.5 baths. The unit has a rear deck with a gas grill and furniture that overlooks a water fountain in a pond. Very idyllic setting. Lots of parking. A garage may be available.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, frig, microwave, dishwasher, deep fryer, ice machine, and toaster oven.
About the roomies
