I have lived with a woman since 1986 Never had a roommate. I have lived alone in this property for one year I am separated from my wife we own a mobile pet grooming service. I have been a groomer since 1993. I am on disability due to 7 spinal surgeries since January 2019. I am home a lot. I have a chirping bird and a Chihuahua but I still keep things tidy.. If the bird bothers you, this isn’t the right room. I am looking for a 12 month lease. All amenities are included. There are hundreds of clubs, dances, pools, golf course,gym etc.
