Houseshare in Mount Laurel NJ. 3,300 Sq ft furnished home on 2 acres.

Big house, 4 bedroom 3.5 bath, large property, modern and an amazing place to live. Large kitchen, TV and living room, big sunroom. Enormous basement, attached two car garage, detached GIGANTIC garage. Pet friendly.

The room for rent is our “in-law suite”. It has a big bedroom and sizable closet, a private bathroom that isn’t attached but is directly across from the bedroom door. This room is the most isolated from the rest of the house.

Must be clean and neat, 420 friendly, and being a music lover would be a huge bonus. Must be willing to help maintain the home - take out trash, clean, but most importantly - we take turns mowing and weed wacking the 2 acre lawn. We do have a ride-on mower.

$975 is for a single person. A couple would be $1400. Electric, gas, and internet are not included, and are divided evenly. Internet (no cable) is $95 per month, which is about $20 per person. Electric and gas can be as low as $250 per month, and as high as $500 during the really hot months. Account for $50 to $100 each month.

There are two permanent residents, Sefora and Nick. We’re recently married, 25 and 28 years old, employed during the daytime. We have one dog, a small chihuahua, and may add more pets as time goes on. We’re music and movie lovers, and travelers.

There’s also Joe and Steve upstairs with us, both very neat and clean guys with separate bedrooms and a shared bath.
