Perfect short term (mid March-August 1, 2022) large room available on the ground level with semi-private access (through garage.) The restroom is shared, but as it is on the ground level it will primarily be for your use, and for others to access the laundry room. Finished with full sized bed and two end tables if you need, two closets and a non-functional floor to ceiling fireplace. The house is located on a private road, with two vacation rentals near by so it is resoundingly quiet. Covered back patio and fire pit area as well. You will have your own pantry shelf and access to a full stocked kitchen. There is one well behaved cat, Fen, in the house. No other pets or couples. Note: the driveway is steep.

I am leaving for a seasonal job in March and returning August 1 2022. All of the roommates are female identifying, and full-time employees at day-time jobs. Outdoorsy, weekend-oriented group who are all friendly and communal. It’s definitely a social oriented household, but privacy is also respected. Would prefer meeting of some sort beforehand, whether virtual or in-person.
