Master bedroom + master bath with walk in shower, tub, walk in closet, and private balcony. Garage parking space and extra storage in other rooms negotiable.

Walking distance to Sloan’s Lake and Mile High Stadium.

I work overnight shifts from home in a common area. There will be voices in common areas (phone calls and voice transcription) and significant foot traffic past the rented room at all hours of the night. I request a degree of quietness during the day because my job is challenging to do if I am not well rested. For that reason, I strongly prefer someone who has a nocturnal schedule to minimize conflicts. Special considerations can be made for grad students because I know how bad it sucks.

The room is furnished as a guest room right now but I can move anything or everything out as desired.

I have a medium sized labradoodle (hypoallergenic). She is very friendly but if you do not like dogs she will figure it out and leave you alone.
