Ernesto's room

Thank you for checking out our home. This is in our 7 bedroom home, of 4,100 sqft, with a large backyard and patio deck for grilling and entertaining. We are located off Wells Branch between 130, I-45 and I-35. Quick drive to the airport, Tesla, Apple, Downtown Austin, the Domain. We have an upstairs lightly furnished (Queen sized bed, bookshelves and dresser) second master, large bedroom with a private bathroom, walk-in-closet. We have a downstairs bedroom we have converted into a gym area, currently we only have an elliptical machine and some light weights but enough space to work out in private. All utilities included. This is a quiet neighborhood, with quick access to walking trails and neighborhood parks.

We are multigenerational family with grandparents temporarily living in the downstairs master and ourselves and two children living in two upstairs rooms, while using another as an office and another keeping as a guest room but may rent it out later. Must be ok with infants. We have two dogs (one small and another medium/large), so we could consider someone with a dog but we must ensure the dogs can get along and may be a bit crowded. One of us is a stay at home parent and the other works in the office 3 days a week and remote from home 2 days a week. We are often out on weekends.
