Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking to sublease our room in the Wimbledon Condominiums in Boulder. The property is in a great location, super close to Boulder Creek Path, CU campus, and downtown Boulder.

Let me know if you would like a Skype or in-person tour and chat about the sublease! The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. The condo is a two-story unit with a kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms. The condo has air conditioning and the room has a supplemental AC unit, wifi, water, trash, and electricity are included and there are coin-operated laundry machines next door.

The room total is $1254 and the total per person if the room is shared is $627. There is plenty of space to share as there are two full closets and currently two beds and two desks. Please let us know if you want the room to yourself, you already have a roommate in mind, or would like help finding a roommate.

I just graduated from CU and I am sad to leave my college apartment but it is also time to make a change. I am passionate about hiking and nature photography. My two other roommates are all women attending CU.
