Roni's room

I have two basement rooms available in my 4 bed, 2 bath house. Downstairs is 2 beds rooms, a bathroom, a living space, storage room, extra closet, and lots of storage cabinets. Those are the rooms I’m looking to fill! Upstairs is my room, art studio, bathroom, kitchen, 2 living rooms, and a dining room. There is tons of natural lighting and hardwood floors upstairs. There is also a backyard and garage and a mud room.

I am the only roommate staying in the house. I am a 23 year old (female). I am a full time artist and training tattoo artist. I also am a part time barista. In my free time I’m usually outside camping or doing something fun. I’m vegan and love cooking new meals, but don’t mind people who aren’t vegan. I have a mini Aussie that is so so cute and sweet and doesn’t cause problems. I’m mainly working from home right now because it’s art. I am looking for a cool couple or two individuals that would move into the basement rooms that are in their 20s and fun to be around. Move in can be flexible. Any time from March 1st to April 1st is okay!
