LEASE TERMS: Month-to-month with signed lease and roommate agreement. Security deposit required ($200). No long-term leases available.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have the security deposit and first month’s rent available at the time of inquiry ($700), please do not contact me. Rent will be expected in a timely manner, inability to do so will result in a non-renewal of lease.

What I’m Looking For: I am looking for someone who keeps a tidy space and is responsible enough to pay their rent on time. Communication is important to me, and I need a roommate that can speak up if they are having issues with myself or the property. Please be advised that while you are welcome to invite company over, parties or any other type of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. My schedule requires me to be up early so if you are interested in hosting parties then this would not be the place for you. It’s important to me that we are compatible roommates.

My name is Natalie, I am a 23 yr old female in the military, and I work on post at Fort Leonard Wood. I’m a quiet, respectful person, and I spend my time at home, work, or at the gym. I have no kids or pets, and I plan to hopefully keep it that way. I have one other roommate he is a 35 yr old male who is also very quit, tidy and respectful.
