Yanelie's room

One room with closet available in a two bed two bath apartment. There is a washer/dryer in unit and free parking. There is a pool and gym as well. I’ve been here for about 3 months and i’d say its a safe and quiet area.

I am a 21 year old female living alone. I work full time. I like to keep the place clean at all times. I get chronic migraines so sometimes smells (perfumes, food, etc..) /noise might be an issue. I enjoy cooking and baking. Willing to extend availability of the room if its a good fit, Im looking for someone i can be friends with not an awkward living situation. Also looking for someone non problematic who can understand basic mannerism and respect. I sometimes have friends/family over for hours at a time including small children which cannot be an issue. Not interested in pets at the moment.
