South Franklin Street

There are two rooms opening up in the house, each with a good size and sense of privacy. One on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms available for usage, each having a shower. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are fully furnished and free to use.

Originally, the house was rented by 5 members of Truman State’s all-male acappella group, True Men, to be a headquarters of some sort for the singing group where we could hang out, have practices if necessary, and store some of our stuff. Also, just to provide an inexpensive living situation away from the dorms, but still really close to campus. However, recently it has been difficult to recruit new members to the group and therefore difficult to get people on board to live at the house and pay rent. As a result, we are now asking for any students at Truman who want to live with some laid back but cool guys! Since we won’t all be in the singing group, we will not have any sort of parties or acappella centered events without consent or approval from all roommates. We all like to have fun but we are students first and foremost so the house is often quiet and conducive to a work environment. We all come from a variety of majors, so anyone from any background is welcome to message me! I can send pics of the house and any other info you want if you ask.
