Teal's room

I am looking for someone to take over my lease that lasts through August 1st of 2022. It is a student housing community that often has free events for residents! There is also a pool/gym. MUST BE A STUDENT You would have your own furnished bedroom, ensuite bathroom with a locking door. The common areas are shared which includes a large kitchen, large living/dining room, a balcony and in unit newly updated washer and dryer. Lovely area off of stone and university! Only a few miles to campus!

You would be living with three lovely girls, Alex, Amy and Antonia. All of whom you are very welcome to meet and get in contact with before move in! They are all very kind though tend to be very busy, so are not able to socialize much. There are also two cats, who are only sometimes given access to the common area. It is a 420 friendly house hold so you must be ok with that!
