Guest bedroom (10x13) in a nicely furnished condo in Terryville/Plymouth just off Rte 6 and minutes from Rte 8 and from Bristol. Quiet area, deck and pretty back yard, walk down the hill to Lake Winfield which has a great walking trail around it, tennis court nearby. Looking for a no-drama, responsible, employed, or enrolled, liberal minded person who will treat our home like your own. Shared bath upstairs, half bath down. Full use of eat-in kitchen, WiFi, W/D in basement. Smoking OK outside. Parking for one car.

Semi-retired female, working couple days a week in homecare services, when home usually cleaning or at some craft/art project. May or may not have my long-time partner here for a while, also. We are easy to get along with, kind of private, but enjoy cooking and sharing if someone likes spicy food! Socially liberal-minded but please no alcohol/drugs in home. Student would be most welcome (we can add a desk to the room which is not in there now.) We love pets but allergies keep us from having them here at the present.
