The house is off of Donovan avenue close to Foodmaxx, La Vallarta, Urgent Care, 7-11, Dutch Bros, and Preisker Park.

We have recently remodeled the inside of the house and I will be working on the yard in the coming weeks. We have put new floors, paint, and are getting new appliances. Utilities, washer and dryer , and Wifi included. There is always parking on the street next to the house and there is a pretty big driveway as well
