Spacious room with own bathroom & amp parking in a 3 story 2900sq ft townhouse. *note the picture of the house is the model home in the development & not the actual house due to safety reasons but it looks similar. Bedroom #2 is the available room. Bedroom #1 is a guest bedroom. It’s a super safe neighborhood in Philly while still being close to downtown 15min drive. You will have access to the laundry room, kitchen, furnish living room and dining room. Household supply will be provided aka toilet paper, cleaning supplies, trash bags, dish soap & laundry detergent. Pictures will be provided once contacted. Close to 95 & 76. Less than 10 mins from the airport & close by to the stadiums.

House will be shared with me a 32 year old working professional. I work from home and am a homebody that occasionally goes out.
