The neighbors are very sweet especially our next door neighbor, who is a delight and a reliable friendly face. We do ask that who ever stays here tends the house’s plants as you will be sharing a home with about 40 different plant species.

The living room is enhanced to optimize your stay, there are multiple board games, a 55in screen tv, large space available for yoga/ working out, Alexa upgraded, futon couch, and lots of plants to tend to.

The kitchen is fully stocked with the basics fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave but also an air fryer, keurig, blender, juicer, pots/pans/ silverware, plates, bowls, measuring cups, Tupperware, glasses, mugs, etc

Large back yard with patio furniture (The storm that caused the fires knocked down the fence but the landlord is working on getting a new one up)

Bedroom 1: $900/mo & $300 security deposit - Located on the first floor, this is the only unfurnished room in the house however it is a great place if you already have furniture that will be moving with you! The closet is quite spacious and should accommodate your storage needs. There are voice controlled coloring changing lights installed. It is currently being used as an office but the room will be vacant upon move in. You will share a bathroom but with only one other tenant. 102 sq ft - 10ft 8in x 9ft 7in

Bedroom 2: $1250/mo & 750 security deposit - Located on the second floor this fully furnished eclectic space is the largest bedroom in the house. Designed with you in mind this room has a queen bed, hand painted dresser with matching furniture, 55in tv, pillowed meditation corner, voice controlled color changing lights, and much more. The table at the end of the bed can be used as a desk just pull over one if the mediation pillows. There is a large mirror in the room and full length mirror at the entrance of the room in the stairwell so getting ready is a breeze. Plenty of closet space as well as a dresser and behind the door storage as well. You will have the upstairs to yourself so its a nice secluded place to get away. Bedroom 3: $1350/ mo & $750 security deposit - This lovely garden room is located on the first floor and is the only room with a private bathroom! Definitely a room for the plant lover as you will be temporarily adopting an assortment of plant life during your stay! This space is equipped with a queen bed, vanity desk, full length mirror with lockable jewelry storage, walk in closet, and plenty of storage space. The private bathroom’s entrance is in the room and there are voice controlled coloring changing lights installed inside. 135.5 sqft - 13ft 8in x 9ft 11in
