About the room
Please forgive the clutter in the primary picture provided so far. With my current roommate packing up for her move, itβs a bit messy. A lot of what is currently in the living/dining area will be gone after she leaves. The photos from my phone are screen shots from videos in my phone. I will provide a photo of the bedroom available in the near future.
Looking for a new roommate to sign a lease for a 2 bedroom/2 bath second floor apartment (2 floors total) starting on April 1, 2022. The complex is in the suburb of Hales Corners, WI and is quiet and close to major highways. Grocery stores, restaurants, and Target/Walmart are all within a 5-minute drive. From the apartment to downtown Milwaukee averages about 15-20 minutes (very much depending on traffic/time of day).
APARTMENT DETAILS: LOCATION: Plum Tree Apartment Complex in Hales Corners, WI RENT (TOTAL FOR UNIT): Between $1408 - $1467 per month based on the last renewal offer. I will need to request a new renewal offer from the office for definitive numbers, but they will likely be very similar. No utilities are included in rent. UTILITIES: 50/50 split. Electricity (We Energies), internet (Spectrum currently, but looking into other options), trash, water, and sewer. Trash/water/sewer is divided amongst the units in the building and added to the monthly rent invoice provided by Plum Tree. PETS: I have one cat named Lulu. There is a two pet limit per unit, but I am not opposed to a roommate with one or two cats. I will only consider a roommate with a dog if they are good with cats. There is a pet rent of $25 per pet per month. If my roommate doesnβt have a pet then I would cover that on my own. **Please note: You will need to submit an application to Plum Tree with all of their requested materials, including proof of income, in order to be on the lease with me.
About the roomies
About Myself: I am a 35-year-old bisexual cis-female that works fulltime as a paralegal. While I rarely discuss politics in general, I am a left-leaning individual, so I believe it would be in both of our best interests for my roommate to be similarly minded or moderate. Iβm a homebody that likes tv/movies, going to craft/book/thrift stores, reading, balcony gardening, and really love animals and birds. General Genres I like: Comedy, LGBTQ, Action, Anime, Documentaries, Fantasy, and Sci Fi. If you think weβd vibe together well, please send me a message. Feel free to ask questions, and I will do the same.
