This beautiful large room (12’x12’) is beautifully furnished with lots of closet space and a semi-private bathroom. Located in a large house, it is less than 2 miles from all grocery, banks, clubs, running, bike and hiking trails. 25 minutes from Zuma/Malibu beaches. The luxurious, comfortable and welcoming room is for rent to a professional, trustworthy and responsible adult who is looking for privacy in quiet, nice surroundings. Drink your morning coffee in the comfortable yard while looking at the wildlife on the lake. It’s like living in a vacation home. Fishing is permitted on dock . The large house is located in the very quiet and private neighborhood of Westlake Village and the house is well furnished with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Everything you need is provided, including bi-weekly MAID SERVICE, sheets, towels, queen bed, Fast WiFi, TV with cable, light kitchen privileges and separate refrigerator. Washer, dryer and dishwasher on premises are available for your reasonable use. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with comfortable mattress. The TV has remote control with Spectrum channels. There is a fold out desk and chair in the room as well. The large back yard with comfortable furniture is great for meditating, reading and enjoying the beautiful Southern California weather. The large kitchen is fully stocked with amenities for gourmet cooking. Cooking oil, spices and condiments are provided if you wish to cook. There is a large shared refrigerator in the garage with a home gym which you may use. From time to time, weather and schedules permitting, you will be invited on boat rides on the lake. There’s street parking (always available). Rent includes Utilities, WiFi, Spectrum TV and bi-weekly Maid Service. A $1000 fully refundable security and cleaning deposit is also required. No pets - NO SMOKING. Prospective guests will provide proof of income, verifiable references, and credit and background report.
