Hi there, I am renting a room at my apartment to females only, centrally located in the Sunrise area (10 mins away from Sawgrass Mills Mall and close by major highways for accessibility). I’ve recently renovated the apartment to include kitchen and bathroom renovations. The room has a bathroom that will be shared at times but mostly only used by you. You will have two (2) closets (normal size and smaller one). Room has laminated floors. Common areas are share and includes a patio. I am looking for someone clean and organized. No couples. No pets. No smoking. No drugs (includes no mariguana or the alike, etc.)

Requires a six (6) month lease agreement

$900 / Month (first month $900 and security $900) Move in total $1,800

Includes electricity, water, wifi, and basic cable television.
