Your New Long Term or Temporary Home for 2024!

The house is located in Pittsburg Ca, on a quiet court with only 5 other homes. Close to Shopping, BART and the Freeway. The property is secured with cameras. Wi-Fi, Smart TV for streaming, furnishings, utilities and other extras included in the price ($950 rent + $150 for utilities/extras).

The main house has three bedrooms rented individually for a total of three (3) roommates. The garage area has been converted into a private studio/4th bedroom, with space for two (2) roommates. There is no smoking allowed in the house (backyard ok), and a background check and rental contract is required for all roommates.

Common areas of the house are shared by all roommates and cleaned by a house cleaner twice per month. Designated space for storage and food is labeled in the kitchen for all roommates. Overall house rules are simple-Clean up after yourself, be respectful of others and their privacy, keep communication lines open!

The master bedroom and studio space (master tenants) are occupied at this time. Two standard rooms are available to rent (Pictures shown for one room). All the current roommates work fulltime outside of the house during the day, but the house has worked well for those on nontraditional work schedules as well.

Looking to rent to an employed, single professional (either male or female) who is quiet and clean but also sociable and kind, to coincide with the current vibe of the house which is mostly quiet but the sound of people living and enjoying life will be heard!

Pets are not allowed in the main house (only in the Studio). You may run into Rocky, the 3-year-old pitty that lives in the studio. He is rarely in the main house, but he is in the backyard often.
