Fully-furnished room with on-suite bathroom in a four-bedroom, two-story house. The monthly fee includes all utilities and trash pickup, internet, bi-weekly gardener services, quarterly professional odorless non-toxic pest control, 24-7 security alarm system and monitoring, smart home by Vivint, and full use of kitchen. However, ALL home occupants are responsible for cleaning after themselves after every use of kitchen. There’s plenty of on-street parking. The house is located a couple of miles from Arcadia, a few miles from Pasadena, and approximately 12 miles to downtown Los Angeles. Public transportation, laundromats, grocery stores, and several eating places are close by. NO smoking of any kind NO drugs or alcohol NO parties NO overnight guests NO children NO pets NO loud music or noise NO drama NO dirty dishes NO eating in the bedrooms. (This is necessary to avoid ants, flies, etc.) Potential roommates must provide copy of DL or passport, proof of verifiable income, be fully vaccinated and complete credit/background check PRIOR to showing of the room.
The owner of the house is a very active 64 year-old female who is often away from home. Existing roommates are clean, easy going and gone most of the day.
