Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils. You must supply your own food. Eating my food is strictly prohibited. Must be very clean and neat. No drugs allowed. Drinking is fine and smoking allowed outside only.
I am very respectful and expect the same in return. I prefer someone who works full time.
Background check is a $40 non refundable fee, $500 deposit required. Deposit is refundable upon inspection of the room and common areas.
