Room is unfurnished, but can be furnished with desk, dresser, TV, nice taller inflatable queen size bed with headboard if needed. Nice sunset view. Next to pool, gym dog park and picnic area with gas grills. Safe gated community. 3 pools. Hot tub. 2 gyms. 2 lakes with paved walkways. Convenient to anywhere in Tampa Bay! Ideal roommate would keep similar hours, consider themselves very clean and respectful. My current roommate has been outstanding, but is buying a home, and would be happy to provide any endorsements :)
Laid back respectful clean professional cloud tech consultant. Work from home during the day m-f (Also travel often during the week). No pets but open - preferably a dog :). No smoking. Drinks socially. Works out regularly. Pretty much a set routine M-F. Work 8-5ish from home then hit the gym. And love being out and about on the weekends!
