About the room
One very spacious room with walk-in closet. I pay all the bills except for your portion of the rent. So bills are covered by me. If you’re interested please feel free to contact me. But please no one way too much younger than I. Someone around 10 years of my same age so as long as you’re 40 it’s all good. Please no young kids I’m tired of that. I can do 35 years old if you’re very responsible and have a decent running vehicle and work a steady job.
