Looking to find a roommate by the end of March. My current roommate is planning on moving out then. Single room available, rent is $537 ea (includes electric & internet with utilities included). Located about an 8 minute walk from downtown Wenatchee. Shared bathroom, kitchen/dining area. No THC allowed on the premise please! I don’t mind if you smoke outside though at all. I do have two cats as well, they are both super sweet and love snuggles. Roommate must be good with children and Covid smart. (Preferably fully vaccinated)

I am a 24 yr old single parent living with my son (he will be 3 in March), I am working at Safeway as a produce clerk currently, my son and I are both pretty chill and down to earth people. I am usually pretty good about keeping the apartment nice and tidy but sometimes that can be hard to do as a parent. I will do my best to keep up with it! I am not the best cook but I definitely try.
