Nicole's room

Room is fully furnished. Great location in West Hartford, walking distance to both bishops corner and the center. Full bathroom upstairs near bedrooms, full bathroom downstairs. Two separate hang out / TV rooms. Plenty of driveway space. Washer/dryer in basement. Security system on house. Unfinished basement has plenty of space for storage. Central A/C! Outdoor back patio with fenced in back yard- perfect hang out spot when it’s warm! I do have two mini golden doodle puppies who are well trained and very loving to everyone! :) utilities I split evenly amongst everyone- usually ends up being between $90-$120 additionally depending on the season.

I’m a very easy going and clean person. I teach in Hartford and coach in the fall and spring. I’m not a huge partier but enjoy to drink occasionally.
