The housemates: you’ll share the house with me - a 30 something woman who works from home, and our basement 20 something male housemate who works in Denver and mostly keeps to himself. We also share the home with 2 friendly cats. 🐱🐱

• Split utilities (internet, electric, gas, water, trash)

• $1000 refundable security deposit

• 3 people share the house total

• Background check required

• First month rent + security deposit upon move-in ($2000)

Hey there! I’m Kasey, the homeowner. I’m a bit of an old soul, preferring game nights and going to be early over hitting the town. I’m into hiking, swing dancing, and hosting friends for dinner parties.

I work from home M-F. After work I like to watch TV, cook dinner, do art projects, and sometimes have a few friends over for yoga or games.
