**Seeking female applicants only, as this home is designated as all-female roommate housing. There are currently two (2) rooms available:

• Two upstairs bedroom opposite each other with a double sink shared bathroom. The home has four bedrooms total, with two currently occupied, leaving the two rooms mentioned available at this time.

• Additional half bathroom on the main floor, available for guest use so the private and shared bathrooms remain reserved for residents

The property features a very spacious backyard enclosed by white vinyl fencing, offering a comfortable outdoor space. For added security and peace of mind, the home is equipped with a Smart Home Alarm System (indoor and outdoor). Each tenant will have app access to the system on their phone, including smart features such as keyless entry into the home.

Lease Terms: First month’s rent + last month’s rent (security deposit equivalent) required at lease signing • No pets • No indoor smoking. Outdoor smoking may be permitted • Utilities are shared evenly among all tenants residing in the home. • Smart LG washer and dryer located in the home for convenient in-house laundry access–no additional charge.

Two female roommates currently reside in the home. Both are very quiet, respectful, and easy going. One of the roommates is the owner, me, who travels out of state for work approximately 95% of the year.
