One private room for rent with a shared full bathroom with two student female who is responsible, clean, and organized.

4 Bed/2 Bath two-story house with a newly decorated living room area and fully equipt kitchen (separated, no access to the bottom floor. This listing describes the rooms above the first floor where this room is located.)

Utilities come included in the rental agreement those being water, trash, and electricity with the exception of wifi and cable (available for an additional price of around $25 a month).

The home is close to many shops for dining and has two-minute access to the 805 freeway and is also near many laundry facilities (no on-site laundry).

There is also no on-site parking but plenty of off-street parking available.

No couples, pets, overnight guests, or partying allowed, please. (There is one cat living in the home currently, so please be aware of this if you are sensitive to cats).

The master bedroom is occupied by two professional females (one works from home).

1 Bedroom is occupied by a full-time working student who is super clean and respectful (will be sharing the bathroom) 1 Bedroom space is occupied by a full-time working pharmacy tech who is also a part-time student as well.
