About the room
300 deposit 800 per mon6 or weekly payments. Extra large bedroom, fully furnished. Very private on the opposite side of the house. Also have your own private entrance. Access to very large kitchen & rest of home. Gated community, pool, clubhouse, gym, library, park area with grill tables, horshoes, etc. Very strict community must be able to pass a background and income verification check and over 40 yrs old. I do have a dog and a cat and that is the limit for my community they only allow you 2 pets.
About the roomies
Very spacious well taken care of home. The room I am renting is on the opposite side of the house with your own entrance very spacious there is a king size bed and two huge armoires you would even have room to put a couch or a chair for a sitting area. Smoking is okay as long as it is done outside on the porch ONLY no smoking indoors EVER.
