Renting a nice, clean room with hardwood floors in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house located 3 blocks away from DVC. Right across Sunvalley Mall, and 2 minutes away from major freeways. BART is 3 miles away! Major shopping center, restaurants, Starbucks coffee shop is located literally across the street and the grocery stores are within walking distance.

You will have access to all common areas, living room, dining room, etc Washer and dryer are available to use onsite.

Rent is $1000/month, plus split utilities (average $50-$70 per person, depending on weather/season). Utilities include PG&E, Water and Internet.
