Canton Ga's room

My home is perfect for someone whom wants a relaxing home, to come home to. This is for ADULTS ONLY , Female’s only, no pets( although I love them ) All utilities included, plus housekeeper. House is off of Exit 14.. The home is located in Cherokee county. Dining / shopping and much more, are walking distance, along with a walking trail,frequently walked by residents.. very safe neighborhood. Downtown Canton is 5 miles away. Home is a single family house and is 1,900 square footage and is on a Cul dul sac. The home itself is very bright (natural light). …. Very quiet neighborhood: Home is two stories… all bedrooms upstairs., along with a loft up stairs, for tv watching or just reading and relaxing, in recliner chair. There is also a recliner chair downstairs by the T.V All tv’s have Cable. Google home hub in kitchen. Very handy! Housekeeper comes once a month, if you do not want your room cleaned no problem, just clean it yourself. We also clean up after ourselves. Washer and dryer on first floor, along with half bath room. Patio with decorative yard, landscaper comes usually from March- Nov. Neighborhood pool within walking distance, which is usually open from May-Sept, you’re able to bring a guest. Beautiful fan above bed , with lighting attached. Plantation blinds to keep room nice and dark for sleeping or bright…Large room and it is freshly painted with a neutral color..You will have full access to home , except other’s bedrooms. This is a shared bathroom situation. Roommate is very clean. If you like to cook, I pretty much have all necessary“s to do so. Home has Wi-Fi of course and keyless entry…as well as a security system for our added protection. I look forward to speaking to you.

Very easy going household, we both are all easy going adults, and we are quiet with no drama. Other roommate is a young professional and works daytime hours and has evening plans sometimes , and is gone most weekends doing activities . I am in and out during the day. We pretty much see each other in passing. I am a retired flight attendant and I travel through out the year , Looking for someone who is clean , organized and is responsible. I do Vape inside, however I do not smoke….other roommate does not , nor does she smoke. ! If you are interested please respond and tell me about yourself. You must have a full time job and a car.
