Renting out a room in my guest house in back of the main house I’m asking for 950 a month 500 security deposit it’s a 2 room half bath kitchen we would share the bath and kitchen clean remodel new flooring just installed freshly painted quiet neighborhood plenty of space Utilities included the room has new air conditioner queen size bed. And drawers the internet is not included but we can work that out I’m a single guy with a small dog that lives with me a small Yorkie that stays in his cage or in his own spot in the back yard Plenty of outside parking safe neighborhood respectful clean asking for the same

It’s just me and 1 dog and cat. Prefer no more pets in the house I am respectful clean and keep to my self
