South Central Avenue

My roommate is moving out by end of May and the room will be available by June 1 2023. Unit is fully furnished! (Credit check is required with no less than 650 credit score.) There is only me that you will be sharing the apartment with. ☺️ Bedroom available is spacious with big closet, wooden floors, and furnished with AC. NO PETS pls. I live in the living room area but has a room divider for privacy so this will not be a problem 😊. All utilities and internet are included. Unit is quiet and peaceful with windows overlooking the beautiful courtyard. Apartment complex is very clean, safe, and has a very nice laundry area. The building is walking distance to Vons, Starbucks, Glendale Ranch Market, Glendale Memorial and heart center, Costco, Wellsfargo, Chase, and 1 mile from Americana. Close to bus stops 180, 94, 92, 603 and Freeway 5 exit.

I am very easy going, fun, neat, friendly, and quiet. I am mostly out during the day and only cooks 1-2x a week if needed but often not as I am usually out. I like fashion as I work in the clothing supply chain industry. I am 32 yrs old and would like to have a roommate that would be closer to my age but I am also not very picky anyways as long as we click!
