Looking for a female roommate, preferably young adult, to lease a newly built 2BR apartment with me in Redmond. It’s called capella at Esterra Park. Income restricted so students or entree level professional preferred— in order to qualify you cannot be making more than $27k.

I’m an elementary school enrichment program educator and part time student so I’ll mostly be busy throughout the weekdays. In my free time I love working out and thrift shopping. I’m a huge foodie so I’ll probably want a girl friend to check out the newest bar or restaurant on the weekends!

I’m huge on communication and having a respectful and healthy living space. I don’t have a chore schedule or anything but at the very least just want someone who cleans up after themselves. When I’m feeling extroverted I love cooking nights with lots of friends and music.
