Here at Alight Riverside, residents and staff are very welcoming. Each apartment has 4 rooms but in those rooms you get your own walk-in closet, desk/tv stand, night stand, drawers, bed and your own private bathroom. The property is very safe since Alight provides security and locks all doors having access to your building after 6:30pm and fully locks all gates at 7pm, this is also when the apartment office and staff close. They provide a 24 hour gym, basketball/volleyball court, pool, hot tub, barbecue area, parking, and internet. Downstairs, they also provide a student lounge with a area for studying and chilling. In this lounge, they have computers and printers open freely to be used by residents 24/7. In the apartment itself you get to share a living room and kitchen with your roommates with all necessities of a home provided to you such as a Tv, beautiful balcony, furniture, appliances, washer and dryer by the kitchen, stove, fridge and dishwasher. The price itself for is normally $900, but because I am a current resident at Alight and have been living here for the year they offered me to renew my contract with a $100 discount for the remainder plus the new lease agreement so the price you will be paying is $800 every 1st of the month. I am looking for a new resident to take over my lease starting the 1st of June. The first contract will end on August 31st, 2022 then the second contract will start on September 1st, 2022 which the second contract will be for the remainder of the year until August 31st, 2023. It is a very great place especially for students but they do offer the rooms to people other than students as well so don’t be discouraged they welcome everyone! If interested please contact me!

The roommates that are living here are very welcoming and comfortable with one another. They will give you your space if wanted but will socialize with you if wanted as well! They are very nice and organized everyone keeps their things clean. When I first moved in we all agreed to assign each person their own fridge and cabinet space so that everyone has their own space for their personal belongings! There is furniture provided in the living room and also a TV! The washer and dryer is there for you to use in your apartment and everything works perfectly ! Alight also provides maintenance for whenever you need it! So with your resident portal you can anytime put a work order and get whatever you need fixed as soon as possible! The staff provide all keys, parking stickers and key cards right when you move in so you are immediately ready for your stay! The resident portal is also where you make your payments of rent every 1st of the month so they give you easy access to everything you need and would want to check up on!
