We are male and female best friends, home owners, in our late 50’s and are looking for a 2nd roommate to share our one level home in Henderson, Green Valley. We have had homestay students previously and have really enjoyed it, but now we are looking for someone who’d like to stay longer term, provided it’s a good match. This will be a month to month lease. We live in a quiet safe neighborhood, close to stores, restaurants, gyms, parks and trails. Back yard is large and tranquil with pool, hammock and a fish pond. Rent is 750/month, depending on room/terms and is all inclusive: utilities, Wi-Fi, cable, pool/yard maintenance and housekeeping EOW.

Must be a non-smoker/drug user, communicative, clean and respectful of others and a sense of humor is always nice! We are liberal thinkers, spiritual vs. religious, quiet, but social. We consider our housemates our friends and part of the family, but it’s important that we “blend”. We are very involved in animal welfare and have several rescued dogs, cats, a few parrots and a tortoise that are our family. We will also take in fosters for rehab and re-homing. We are not wanting to rent our room to just anyone who wants a room. We want this to be a good mutual match. Our home is definitely unique, like a mini-sanctuary, so please don’t respond unless you’re a HUGE animal lover and someone who is a HUGE animal lover and would actually enjoy living with a bunch of them! MUST be patient and understanding with their needs/behavior as many are still adjusting. No additional dogs, but may be open to another smaller well behaved/social animal (additional security/pet deposit may apply).
