2 nice rooms for rent in a quiet, clean, and well-kept home in a very safe neighborhood. We have 4000 sq. ft. with 6 Bedrooms/5 bathrooms. This Ranch style house is located on a large corner lot in the Woodmen Hills community in Falcon (just 8 minutes from Powers, 20 to Schriever or Peterson).

Lots of room to stretch out. Washer and Dryer located next to rooms. Large TV with cable in the family room. internet, central air conditioning, and plenty of parking. Free access to 2 Recreation Centers which include: 24-hour gym, Olympic size swimming pool, Disc Golf course, basketball and Pickle ball courts.

*No Illegal Drugs, No pets allowed, No smoking of any kind.

The total monthly rental flat fee of $750/mo. covers the room, 2 bathrooms (one bath has a shared shower with one roommate), parking, and access to all community areas (gyms/pools).

*Required before moving in: A total of $1,150 - $750 First Month’s Rent - $400 deposit.
